Workshop Registration Fee Includes:

All workshop materials, access to all sessions, and most meals (Wednesday, dinner; Thursday, continental breakfast, lunch, and evening heavy hors d'oeuvres; Friday, continental breakfast and lunch).

If you would like to pay by credit card, please submit your information on our secured site (see the Register Now tab below). * An option to pay onsite will be available at a higher cost; however the availability will be limited.

CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation that your workshop registration has been processed upon receipt of your full registration fee. If you do not receive a confirmation email within five business days of submitting your full payment, please contact Melissa Higgs at x103.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Cancellations received by August 5th will be processed with a $50 administrative fee deducted from the refund. Please note, we are not able to provide refunds after August 5th for no shows or cancellations due to illness, travel, work, family, inclement weather, emergency situations, or any other reason outside our control.
